Acro Dance

Acro dance is for students that have successfully completed the acro 1, 2 and 3 levels.  This class is not your typical acro dance class.   The focus for this class will be working towards increasing flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline, body awareness, coordination, concentration, acrobatic technique such as front and back walkovers, chin stands, hand balancing, and other techniques.  Students enrolled in this class should be taking another class, or classes, to  aid in building a firm foundation. This class is for ages 12+.
