The advanced jazz 1 class is for the student who has progressed through all of the previous levels and is near the top of their game in strength, technique and has mastered the choreography. Focus in this class will continue on keeping a strong technical base and having mastered all jumps and turns as well as intricate, innovative choreography in this high energy class. The class consists of warm up and conditioning exercises to continue increasing flexibility and strength, perfecting jazz technique as well as across the floor combinations. Ages 12+.
